For your convenience, all supplies and equipment are included and our regular cleaning services are available on an as-needed, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.
Initial Cleaning:
It’s important to note that the initial cleaning session tends to take a bit longer than the subsequent ones because it involves a more detailed, thorough cleaning. This comprehensive session includes dusting ceiling fans, areas above door and window moldings, and other often overlooked areas. This detailed cleaning sets the stage for our team to effectively maintain a consistently clean home moving forward.
After the initial deep cleaning, we continue with a schedule that suits your needs – be it as needed, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. During these sessions, we efficiently maintain all areas of your home, ensuring they remain clean and inviting. We dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect as required, focusing on all rooms including the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living spaces.

We clean the interior of your windows, window sills, dust blinds and wipe down doors, focussing around the doorknobs.
We wipe and polish any mirrors and glass surfaces to ensure they're free of smudges and streaks.
We dust and clean light fixtures and ceiling fans, if they're within a reachable height.
Sanitizing high-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, appliance handles, and remote controls.
Emptying all waste baskets and replacing the liners.

Exterior of Cabinets:
We wipe down the exteriors with a damp cloth to remove food splatters and marks.

We thoroughly clean the stovetop, ensuring it’s free from grease and burnt-on food.
Trash:
The trash bin is emptied and the exterior of the bin is cleaned.
Small Appliances:
We clean inside the microwave, empty the toaster drawer and clean inside countertop convection ovens,disposing of any accumulated crumbs.
Sink:
The sink is scrubbed and sanitized, ensuring it’s clean and free from food particles.
Appliance Exteriors: We wipe down the exteriors of all major appliances such as the refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher.
Surfaces:
We wipe down the exteriors with a damp cloth to remove food splatters and marks.

BEDROOMS + LINEN
Floors:
We Vacuum and Mop floors, including under the bed.
Beds:
We will gladly change your sheets, as needed, if you leave them on the bed for us. If you want us to change them regularly, just let us know. If nothing has been said or if clean sheets are not left on the bed for us, we will assume the bed is just to be made.
List of Add-ons
Deep Cleaning: This involves more detailed and thorough cleaning of all areas of the house. It may include tasks such as scrubbing grout, cleaning inside of appliances, washing walls, or cleaning behind furniture. Please reach out and tell us what you need and we’ll return with a quote.
Window Cleaning: We’re able to clean the exterior of windows from the inside of the home if the windows fold in.
Post Event/party Cleaning: We’ll get your space back to pristine conditions after an event or large gathering.
Carpet Cleaning: Professional deep cleaning of carpets to remove most stains, odors, and built-up dirt.
Laundry Services: Washing, drying, and sometimes even folding clothes.
Oven Cleaning: Deep cleaning of the oven interior.
Refrigerator Cleaning: Cleaning and disinfecting the interior of the refrigerator.
Cabinet Cleaning: exterior is included in regular clean but leaning and organizing the inside of kitchen cabinets.
Eco-Friendly/Green Cleaning: Using environmentally friendly cleaning products and techniques.
Outdoor Cleaning: Sunrooms are included in our regular cleaning service as they’re considered part of the house but you may also have our team clean your patio, deck, or outdoor furniture.
Blind Cleaning: Detailed cleaning of window blinds.
Garage Cleaning: Cleaning and organizing the garage space.
Organization Services: Help with organizing closets, pantries, or other areas of the house.
Wax floors: By using the appropriate wax for your specific type of floor, we’re able to get them cleaner and shinier than before.
